A lavish print embellished with gold pigment and burnishing, rich and intricate and from the later flowering fourth generation of Osaka artists. Two actors in front of a garden, one making up in front of a decorative floor mirror. This is a superb deluxe, surimono style impression with gold metallics, burnishing and applied lacquer.
The colour is very fine and the impression early and crisp in a fine state of preservation. These deluxe chuban pieces are masterpieces of the printers art, rich in colour and detail - superb.
